I think I'm gonna post a notice next year, "No bag, No candy" thought it was bizarre that some kids just held out their cupped hands...anyone else experience this?

I experienced the fact that most of the kids were 16 or older and didn't even bother to dress up. If that trend continues next year, I'm done with Halloween in my neighborhood.

Halloween is supposed to be for the kids. It's a memory making time, one of the few times that is surreal, if not magical, to be a kid. I mean, if you have to shave, you're too old to be trick or treating lol.
